Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and ship from our U.S. fulfillment center. Standard domestic delivery times range from 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected delivery speed. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly stated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipment notification.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. Teravia has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and are subject to customs processing.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us at help@tryteravia.com within 7 days so we can investigate.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@tryteravia.com. You do not need to return the damaged item—we'll send a replacement at no cost.
If your package appears to be lost in transit (no tracking updates for 7+ business days), reach out and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.
Shipping Protection
Optional shipping protection may be available at checkout. This covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Expedited shipping options may not be available for these addresses.
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During peak seasons and holidays, carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We cannot guarantee delivery by specific holidays for orders placed after December 1st. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us at help@tryteravia.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships, but cannot guarantee modifications once the order enters fulfillment.
